• Full and detailed accident investigation/reconstruction reports

Reports will cover every technical aspect of the accident and where appropriate will comply with the Civil Procedure Rules

• Presentation of Expert evidence in court

I have more than 20 years experience of presenting expert evidence to courts of all types.

• Production of detailed scale plans

Normally detailed true scale plans are produced but, where necessary, or for cost considerations, irrelevant detail can be omitted.

• Scene photographs

Photographs are taken of the general scene and from the view point of the parties involved.

• Videoing of scene

Video can be used to show the scene, a general or driver's eye view and can also graphically illustrate the time for a manoeuvre to take place.

• Technical vehicle examinations

To assess the severity or direction of an impact, or to ascertain if any defects were present that may have caused/contributed to an accident.

• Evaluation of expert reports

Police and other expert reports evaluated and assessed.
