Photographs
If they are to have any real value, scene photographs need to be
clear and taken from the correct position. Where possible photographs
are taken from the driver's/rider's or pedestrian's viewpoint. The
camera is positioned at the correct height and positioned at the
correct place on the road/footway. Detailed photographs will be taken
of any features that may be of particular relevance.
Note:-
It is not possible for anyone to take photographs to show the
level of lighting or what could or could not be seen at a given level
of light.
